Greetings!!

We are currently hiring Principal Engineer C++ for a Product company.

Required skills:

• Proficient in technical knowledge to support team performance and growth.
• Recognized as a guide or expert in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists.
• Understands how main business drivers may impact own area. Can assess complex problems with broad impact, recommend improvements, and propose risk management strategies.
• Works with autonomy based on management direction. Guides or contributes to cross-functional projects. May support resource and budget planning.

Specific Accountabilities

Technical Excellence

• Producing reliable and maintainable code efficiently.
• Participating in all stages of product development including technical requirements, feasibility studies, and project planning.
• Investigating and analyzing root causes of complex software and system issues.
• Troubleshooting effectively and collaboratively.
• Developing applications that are easy to monitor and operate to improve infrastructure availability.
• Applying established practices for secure and maintainable code through code reviews, guidelines, unit testing, and refactoring.
• Demonstrating cross-disciplinary knowledge (e.g., user interface, networking).

Continuous Improvement

• Suggesting improvements to components and recommending ways to clean up legacy code.
• Enhancing technical aspects of project delivery and recommending process improvements.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

• Collaborating effectively with others and ensuring smooth communication.
• Creating meaningful collaboration on projects and working with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence.
• Participating in professional engineering community events.
• Supporting R&D culture and team development through coaching and mentoring junior team members.
• Delivering defined trainings (optional).
• Supporting developer community initiatives (e.g., hackathons, recruitment days, conferences, open-source contributions).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C++ programming language.
