EverEnviro is looking for Operations Head for its Punjab location. The job description is as follows:

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and reliability in the production of biogas. This role requires expertise in mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and preventive maintenance, SAP- PM module and CBM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting feasibility studies and technical evaluations for breakdowns and implementation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, environmental specialists, and plant operators to optimize performance.
• Developing and managing maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime and optimal efficiency of equipment.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions to enhance reliability and safety.
• Overseeing installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Monitoring and analysing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  Providing technical guidance and support to operational staff.
• Maintain documentation such as GAs, AS Built Drawing, Manuals, SOP for Equipment, maintenance logs, and test reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience (10+ years) working in a similar role within the biogas, renewable energy, Waste management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment:- Hammer Mills, Trommel, Biogas Compressor, Hydraulics, Pumps, Tanks with Agitators, EOT, Conveyor Belts, Screw Conveyor, Decanter, Screw Press.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS office.
• Should understand Process and Identifying Bottlenecks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to mechanical systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
