Appian BPM Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize

  Appian BPM applications

  using

  SAIL scripting

  and plugin development
• Design scalable workflows and orchestrate modeled processes
• Integrate

  SOAP/REST web services

  and manage CDTs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Define and manage application security and user roles
• Work with Appian Sites and reusable components
• Translate business needs into technical architecture
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of

  Appian BPM

  experience
• 4+ years in business process modeling and optimization
• 3+ years in Appian

  plugin

  development
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Appian Studio, SAIL scripting, and Appian UI

• Expertise in

  REST/SOAP APIs, RDBMS, and object-oriented design

• Java development with Maven builds (preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), Docker
• Agile/SCRUM experience; certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
