As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Your ultimate goal is to build a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's strategic objectives. You will be tasked with sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will prepare and manage interview schedules with hiring managers and facilitate the offer negotiation process and onboarding of new hires. Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions, tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs, and staying updated on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition are also key responsibilities. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms, understanding of recruitment and hiring laws and regulations, strong data analysis and reporting skills, and the ability to use technology to streamline recruitment processes are essential technical skills for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and hiring. Holding a Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or equivalent certification is preferred. In terms of skills and experience, essential skills include exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team while being detail-oriented and highly efficient. Desired experience for this role includes working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, possessing knowledge of specific industries or technical fields, and having international recruitment experience, which would be a plus.,
