Position: HRP- Chennai Key Responsibilities: Engage regularly with the business to understand business-specific needs and drive the peoples agenda. Work on manpower planning with the business leaders and identify talent acquisition needs and lead the team to fulfill them in the defined time period Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, performance and retention Provide leadership, work collaboratively on teams, and consult effectively and independently with all levels across the organization Act as an employee champion by ensuring the following: Implementation of all engagement activities Manage employee grievances & employee queries appropriately Support the facilitation of the Performance management process. Enable learning and development, including identification of needs & design and identification of appropriate programs Support Investigations and disciplinary processes f. Ensure employee compensation and benefits plan and reward and recognition strategies are market relevant and competitive and contribute in driving high performance culture Ensure that policies and processes are updated and relevant to business needs\ Skills and Competencies Strong communicator and a keen listener to facilitate interaction and influence outcomes Keen understanding of business dynamics and their impact Strong executive presence Good in MS Office, MIS and system working Result-oriented, persevering, and adaptable. Team working and connecting on the ground. Qualification and Experience Postgraduate diploma/degree in the area of Human Resources/Industrial Relations 10+ of experience and knowledge of local languages Tamil & Malayali. Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders Handling a huge employee base will be an added advantage.
