Travel to warehouse locations occasionally for recruitment drives, HR audits, and employee engagement activities (company-paid travel and stay). Requirements BBA or MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR and recruitment, preferably in a supply chain or logistics setup. Proficiency in blue-collar and white-collar hiring via job portals and agencies. Prior experience in payroll support, grievance handling, HR audits, and statutory compliance . Hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS , ESSL attendance systems , and Excel. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
