Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role. Proven ability to hire for both IT (technical) and non-IT (non-technical) positions. Strong knowledge of ATS systems , hiring metrics, and recruitment tools . Excellent communication , negotiation , and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership . Experience with headhunting , sourcing strategies , and background verification (BGV) processes. Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice. Those residing in or willing to relocate to Pune – Kharadi .
