Track attrition trends and suggest improvements. Preferred candidate profile : Were looking for someone who: Is hands-on and proactive , not just a coordinator but a problem-solver. Should be able to draft and implement HR policies. Can manage multiple responsibilities independently without micromanagement. Understands the importance of team culture, communication, and confidentiality . Has worked with tools like Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar HRMS platforms .
