Create job postings and advertise open positions. Evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications. Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates. Negotiate job offers and salary packages. Monitor industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Should be street smart with positive attitude. Coordinating with business heads for technical interviews taking regular feedback and follow up for closures. Adherence to recruitment norms & policies.
