Hiring Instructional Design Specialist Mode of employment: Contract/Permanent Location: Pune Experience- 3-6 years Job Responsibilities: As an Instructional Designer , you will: Design and develop e-learning courses, simulations, and assessments tailored to the subject and learner profile. Collaborate with global stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to source materials and ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up to date. Re-imagine interactive and engaging digital learning experiences using best practices in adult learning methodologies. Apply instructional design theories, practices, and principles to create engaging learning experiences. Structure content logically and incorporate various instructional strategies to improve learner engagement. Work with multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and videos to enhance the learning experience. Utilize various multimedia technologies, including blended learning and gamification, to build an effective learning environment for different user personas. Develop storyboards, audio scripts, and graphic concepts to create Interactive Multimedia Instructions (IMI). Manage timelines and coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines. Oversee all assigned design solutions from conception to completion while handling multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering, Arts, Science, or a related field. Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline such as Instructional Design, Human Performance Technology, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or related fields. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-experts and collaborate with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, SharePoint).
