Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustration. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content while working closely with the team to understand and execute design requirements. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively. Design and produce quality graphics and media. Manage the visual, interactive and usability design of the media being developed. Provide solutions that support project graphic requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and create visual content such as banners, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials using Photoshop and Illustrator. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet project goals. Collaborate on design concepts, review feedback, and iterate to ensure designs are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and meet project objectives. Prepare and optimize images for web and print, ensuring the highest quality standards. Maintain consistency in design and visual branding across multiple projects. Ensure that all designs are delivered on time while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members to understand creative direction and provide regular project updates. Work efficiently within rotational shifts to meet tight deadlines and ensure smooth project execution. Skills and Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss design concepts and collaborate with team members. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. Ability to create compelling, on-brand visuals while adhering to client specifications and guidelines. Familiarity with the latest design trends and techniques. Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines in a rotational shift environment. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to design and project execution.
