NOTE: Must have Decent Communication Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer queries through Calls, Chat and e-mail.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
• Stay updated with product information and company policies.

Required Candidate profile:

• Hiring for Currently Pursuing with distance education (Correspondence).
• Highest Qualification + 2/ Graduation not mandatory
• Work from Office

Shift timing: - Rotational Morning shift with rotational off.

Location:- Pimpri Chinchwad.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
