Senior React Native Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance

  React Native applications

  for iOS and Android.
• Architect, build, and optimize mobile applications with a focus on

  banking and UPI PSP solutions

  .
• Ensure seamless

  integration of third-party payment gateways, SDKs, and APIs

  .
• Implement robust

  security measures

  , encryption, and compliance with

  RBI/NPCI

  guidelines.
• Work closely with

  backend teams

  to ensure efficient API communication.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Follow Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to

  code reviews and best practices

• Stay updated with

  the latest fintech trends, mobile security enhancements, and UPI innovations

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience

  in mobile app development, with at least

  4+ years in React Native

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Hooks, and Context API

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  building, deploying, and maintaining banking applications or UPI PSP apps

  .
• Deep understanding of

  UPI payments architecture

  , SDK integration (such as PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.), and secure transaction processing.
• Knowledge of

  Android and iOS native modules

  , performance optimization, and debugging tools.
• Experience in

  mobile security best practices

  , data encryption, and compliance with

  banking/financial regulations

  .
• Strong understanding of

  RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  , Git version control, and DevOps practices for mobile apps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a

  fast-paced fintech environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  UPI PSP certification process

  and working with NPCI regulations.
• Knowledge of

  native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java)

  is a plus.
• Prior experience working in

  fintech, banking, or payment gateway integration

  .
• Exposure to

  React Native performance tuning tools

  such as Flipper and Firebase Performance Monitoring.
