Hiring for Pathology II up to 7.5LPA II

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

.

Key Responsibilities:

Review pathology reports, lab results, and medical records for accurate coding
Assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes related to pathology services
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory standards
Identify and resolve coding errors and discrepancies
Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
Collaborate with billing and auditing teams to ensure timely claim submission
Stay updated with coding updates and industry regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

CPC certification (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in pathology medical coding
Strong knowledge of pathology terminology and coding guidelines
Good attention to detail and analytical skills
