Certification: Must have CPC (Certified Professional Coder) and BCHHC (Billing and Coding Healthcare Certification) or equivalent certifications. Strong knowledge of coding guidelines, billing processes, and payer-specific requirements. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
