Hiring for HiTrust Readiness & Audits @ Velachery Location.

Role & Responsibilities

At least 1 Plus year of experience doing Hitrust readiness and audits with a consulting company or a large company. The candidate will be trained in various aspects of HiTrust compliance, IT systems, and audit processes. The role involves working closely with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure the organization's security practices align with its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in HiTrust readiness activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Support audit processes by gathering and organizing relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure security standards are met.
• Learn and apply knowledge of IT and HR systems related to security practices.
• Gap Assessment
• Assessment and implementation
• Must be familiar in Domains

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Basic understanding or willingness to learn IT and HR systems.
• Street smart with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Good skills in Excel, reporting, and presentations, or willingness to be trained.
