Role Overview > Were seeking a Senior Manager to lead and inspire a team of 100+ professionals in our HCC division. This role is critical in shaping operational excellence, mentoring talent, and delivering high-impact outcomes. What You Bring: 12+ years ' experience in medical coding. Currently should be in Manager Role. Should have experience in HCC operations and should be fluent in Malayalam language Proven leadership in managing large, diverse teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in performance management, reporting, and strategic execution. A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
