Job Description: Lead the design and development of web applications' user interfaces. Extensive experience in front-end development, particularly with React. Strong understanding of modern web technologies and architecture. Define and implement the technical architecture for web UI using React. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers. Create and maintain technical documentation for architectural designs and best practices. Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor and guide junior developers on modern UI development practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI development. Ensure all UI solutions are secure, scalable, and highly performant. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React. Proven experience in designing and architecting web applications. Strong understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and projects.
