Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for our products including product images, social media posts, banners, ad creatives, packaging mockups, website visuals, etc.
Work closely with the product & marketing team to understand product features, brand tone & target audience, and produce designs that reflect Tidy Sleep’s values: comfort, safety, softness, hygiene, parent-friendly, baby-care.
Ensure consistency in brand styling- colors, fonts, imagery — across all design assets.
Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms (website, social media, e-commerce listings, promotional ads).
Assist in designing product descriptions, visuals, and infographics (e.g., “how to use”, “care instructions”) for better clarity to customers.
Respond to feedback, revise designs as needed, and collaborate effectively with team members.
