JOB DETAILS : Experience : 1+ Years of experience in ED Coding (PRO or Facility) Notice : Immediate Work Mode : Office Location : Velachery & Vepery Salary : Best in Market Shift : Day RESPONSIBILITIES : *Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures, using ICD (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes. * Ensure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with government and insurance regulations. * Follow up with the provider on any documentation that is insufficient or unclear. *Receive and review patient charts and documents for accuracy *Review the previous day's batch of patient notes for evaluation and coding *Ensure that all codes are current and active COMPETENCIES / SKILL SET : *Minimum 1 years of ED (Pro / Fac) *Analytical and problem-solving skills *Problem-solving ability *Team working *Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload *Certification is Optional.
