Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and analyze patient medical records and documentation for coding accuracy.
Assign appropriate
CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
as per the latest guidelines.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and payer-specific coding requirements.
Collaborate with quality and audit teams to maintain high accuracy levels.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1.5 years of experience
in
E&M / Radiology / Surgery coding
.
Certification is mandatory
(CPC / COC / CCS / equivalent).
Graduate
or
Diploma holders
are eligible.
Must possess
proper relieving documents
from the previous organization.
Strong knowledge of
medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines
.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Stability and commitment
are essential.
