We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the Reconciliation Project team in Gurugram. This is a senior role requiring deep domain expertise in financial reconciliations and proven people management skills. Job Summary The Project Manager for the Recon Project will be fully responsible for the daily operations, issue resolution, client interaction, and team management for complex reconciliation processes, focusing on various digital and card payment systems. The goal is to ensure zero escalations to the Mumbai office through meticulous process adherence and compliance. Key Responsibilities: ● Project & Process Management: Preparation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and daily monitoring of Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities. ● Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve all issues faced by L1, L2, and L3 teams, and establish an Onsite SOP for quick resolution of all issues. ● Reporting & Validation: Check and validate reports and porting files. Conduct validation and check of GL (General Ledger) reconciliation. ● Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding any issue, update, or project matter. ● Team & Compliance: Responsible for People Management and Recruitment within the team. Ensure strict Compliance of Audit, VA (Vulnerability Assessment), and Appsec (Application Security) requirements. ● Goal: Achieve 0 (zero) escalation to Mumbai. Skills & Qualifications: ● Experience: 17+ years of relevant experience. ● Core Skills (Mandatory): Deep expertise in Reconciliation across various platforms: ○ ATM, Cards, Digital Payment, UPI, AEPS, NFS, Visa, Mastercard. ● General Skills: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial statements. Proficiency in Computer and MS Excel is a must.
