Hiring (female) Tele Caller

Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Explain the company’s project and answer queries.
• Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and site visits.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support, or Sales Executive preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
