Job Description:

Edify World School, Anantapur, is inviting applications for the post of English TGT Teacher to teach classes 6–10. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, have strong command over English language and literature, and be able to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes reading, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language and Literature as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and classroom activities that promote creativity and critical thinking.
• Conduct regular assessments and maintain records of student progress.
• Encourage students to participate in debates, elocutions, and literary competitions.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Use modern teaching aids and technology to enhance student engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers for curriculum planning and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.A./M.A. in English with B.Ed. (mandatory)
• 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong classroom management abilities
• Proficiency in integrating technology into lessons
