Job Title: EDI Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad / Pune / Remote

Term: Full time

Role Overview:

This role involves supporting day-to-day EDI operations by managing incoming requests and issues from carriers, vendors, and customers related to existing EDI integrations. The coordinator will work closely with the EDI development team and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution, transaction flow continuity, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor EDI transaction flows and proactively identify and resolve issues.

- Handle incoming support requests related to failed or incorrect EDI transmissions.

- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to investigate and resolve EDI errors.

- Resend or reprocess EDI messages as needed through Cleo or other EDI platforms.

- Maintain documentation related to issue resolution, ticketing, and partner-specific processes.

- Escalate unresolved issues to EDI developers when required.

- Support change management and testing for EDI enhancements or partner updates.

Qualification:

- 24 years of experience in an EDI support or coordination role.

- Familiarity with EDI transaction types (e.g., 850, 810, 856) and file formats.

- Understanding of EDI communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP).

- Experience working with ticketing tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zoho.

- Basic knowledge of EDI platforms like Cleo Integration Cloud is a plus.

- Nice to have skill(s)

  • Hands-on experience resending transactions and viewing logs in EDI systems
  • Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
  • Transportation & Logistics domain knowledge

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow through on open issues.

- Team-oriented and proactive in resolving support requests.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
