Description
Job Objective We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI to lead end-to-end AI/ML projects on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML services, including building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models, while executing customer projects and driving AI-driven innovation for business solutions. Required Qualifications BE, ME/MTech, MCA, MSC, MBA or Relevant Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience 6-8 years of experience in working with Data Science / Machine Learning statistical analysis and delivering solution. Preferred Qualifications AI/ML Model Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models on Azure Cloud and other platforms. Utilize LLMs, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning to develop AI-driven solutions. Optimize and fine-tune models for scalability, efficiency, and real-world applications. Data Analysis & Feature Engineering: Process, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Develop and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive modeling. Engineer and optimize features for AI/ML models, improving accuracy and performance. Generative AI & Emerging Technologies: Work on LLMs, transformers, and multimodal AI models for business applications. Experiment with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and custom AI model training. Stay updated with state-of-the-art AI research and implement best practices. Strong proficiency in using Azure Cloud services for data science and analytics. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business processes. Effectively communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in internal and external project meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and AI strategy discussions. Must Haves Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). Hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and cloud-based model deployment. Experience in NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI (LLMs, transformers, GANs, VAEs). Expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and dashboarding for AI insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with real-world AI applications. Nice-to-Haves Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Azure AI/ML certifications. Exposure to multi-cloud AI deployment (AWS/GCP). Familiarity with AutoML, Federated Learning, and Edge AI.
