Role Overview:

Record to Report (R2R) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• end-to-end Record to Report

• month-end and year-end closing

• balance sheet reconciliations

• Collaborate with internal teams and auditors during internal and external audits.

• IFRS / IND AS / GAAP

• process improvement and automation initiatives

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA Qualified (min. 3 years post-articleship) OR CA Inter (min. 5 years post-articleship).

• end-to-end R2R processes

• ERP systems

• accounting standards and compliance frameworks

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
