IZee Manpower Consultancy Is Hiring Team Leader and Process Trainer from Asset Management Background
Manage client servicing operations for wealth management products
Handle client escalations and service issues
Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Relationship Management teams
Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
Prepare MIS and performance reports for management
Drive process improvements and support team onboarding
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field
3-6 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
Strong understanding of investment products (MFs, equities, portfolios)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
