About the Role We are seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer with a strong track record in identifying and engaging top-tier tech talent, specifically in India . This is a key role in supporting the companys continued growth by building high-quality pipelines for engineering and technical roles across the Indian market. ?? Note : While past experience in APAC and LATAM is welcome, this role is focused solely on sourcing and recruiting candidates in India . What Youll Do Proactively source and engage technical talent across India using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter , Gem , HireEZ , and other sourcing tools. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for a variety of engineering, data, and technical roles in the Indian market. Conduct effective and professional outreach that reflects the companys brand and values. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, hiring goals, and team dynamics. Leverage data and analytics to refine sourcing strategies and report on pipeline health and conversion. The Right Fit Proven experience as a technical sourcer , focused on India-based hiring. Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter , Gem , HireEZ , and ATS platforms. Strong understanding of the Indian tech talent landscape and recruitment dynamics. Skilled in engaging passive candidates and communicating role value effectively. Collaborative, data-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Bonus Points For Experience sourcing for cloud storage , SaaS , or enterprise software companies. Deep familiarity with talent pools in major Indian cities (e.g., Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon). Certifications in LinkedIn sourcing or advanced recruiting methodologies. Show more Show less
