Company Description Hindustan Plastics, manufacturers of Plastic Pipes & Tanks used in Constructions, Infra, Projects, Retail Networks etc. We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, and reliable individual to join our team. This role blends back office operations with business development, tender management, and digital marketing . If you're someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but figures things out, thinks ahead, and takes initiative — we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Tender & Quotation Handling Search and track relevant tenders Participate in tenders and submit quotations Lead Generation & Outreach Extract and follow up leads from IndiaMART & online B2B platforms Send introduction emails and proposals Identify and engage new business opportunities and upcoming projects Online Portal Management Handle registration and participation on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, GeM, etc. Dealer & Distributor Network Identify and connect with potential distributors & dealers across India Digital Marketing Support Assist in managing social media campaigns and performance-based marketing Site Visits Be open to occasional travel for site visits or client meetings when required 👤 What We’re Looking For Strong research and coordination skills Confident in communication (written and verbal) Proactive attitude – able to work independently and solve problems Familiar with online platforms (IndiaMART, GEM, Flipkart, etc.) Knowledge of basic digital marketing is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs 📩 To Apply Send your resume to hindpipesvizag@gmail.com with a short note on why you're the right fit for this role.
