We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with 5 - 7 years of proven success in selling UPVC doors and windows to clients in the real estate and infrastructure industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B project sales, developing strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and consultants, and achieving targeted sales volumes. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and execute strategies to grow sales for UPVC doors and windows in the assigned region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Client & Channel Management Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders builders, developers, contractors, architects, and procurement heads. Manage B2C client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Project Sales & Execution Generate and follow up on project leads; drive negotiations, quotations, and deal closures. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for smooth project execution. Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track and report sales performance using CRM or reporting tools. Market Intelligence Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. Provide insights to marketing and product teams for product development and positioning. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in UPVC/Building Material sales , preferably to the real estate or infrastructure segment . Strong network in real estate and construction ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in UPVC window/door systems , aluminium glazing, fenestration, or similar building products. Prior experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial projects .
