Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all IATA courses (e.g., Foundation in Travel and Tourism, Cargo, Airline Customer Service, etc.). Ensure compliance with IATA training standards and maintain accreditation requirements. Liaise with IATA to stay updated on curriculum changes, exams, and certification processes. Certifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aviation, Tourism, Business, or related field. IATA-certified (e.g., IATA Foundation, Consultant, or Trainer qualifications). Experience teaching or managing IATA or travel/tourism programs in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of the airline/travel industry and IATA course structures. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
