Job Summary

Dreams Land Realty is seeking an enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client calls, provide information about Dubai property projects, and support the sales team with lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain Dubai property project details clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries politely.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Hindi (spoken).
• Basic communication in English is an advantage.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
• Good phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
