Job Title: Hindi Telecaller We are looking for a Telecaller to help with client queries and redemptions. You will answer calls, solve customer problems, and assist with product redemptions. Responsibilities: Answer calls and help customers with redemptions. Solve customer queries and keep them happy. Keep records of interactions and follow up as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written). Previous experience in telecalling is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
