Job Title: Hindi Teacher

Location: Winmore Academy, Jakkur]
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons in line with curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE/State).
• Teach grammar, literature, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills to students.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
• Use innovative methods and tools (audio-visual, storytelling, role-play, etc.) to make learning effective and enjoyable.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and curiosity.
• Collaborate with colleagues for cross-curricular integration and school events.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns, as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Hindi or equivalent.
• B.Ed. (preferred or as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
• Fluency in spoken and written Hindi.
• Good command of English for classroom instruction and communication.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching and student development.

Preferred Candidate:

• Resides in or near JAKKUR
• Familiar with NEP 2020-aligned pedagogical approaches.
• Comfortable with basic use of digital teaching tools and smartboards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,105.73 per month
