Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹24,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our educational institution located in Pondicherry, specifically in the Lawspet or Reddiarpalayam area. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Hindi language and a knack for teaching it effectively to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons that adhere to the curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to actively participate and express themselves in Hindi.
• Employ various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding of the language.
• Assess student progress regularly through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and enthusiasm for Hindi language and Indian culture among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to coordinate lesson plans, activities, and educational initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow staff members to address any concerns or questions related to Hindi language instruction.
• Stay updated on advancements in language teaching methodologies, educational technology, and relevant resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hindi language, Education, or a certified Hindi Language course completion.
• Proven experience as a Hindi Teacher or a similar role, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong proficiency in Hindi language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and promoting Hindi language and culture.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational technology and tools for language instruction is a plus.
• Candidates located in Pondicherry, particularly in the Lawspet or Reddiarpalayam area, are preferred.
