Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Officer located in Kanpur. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for quality control, analytical skills, quality management, and quality auditing. Qualifications: Document Control Issue and maintain records of quality documents (log books, formats, raw data sheets, SOPs, BPRs). Distribute and track controlled copies of SOPs and related documents. Draft SOPs, specifications, STPs, and master BPRs. Sample & Testing Management Handle sampling and documentation for raw materials, semi-finished, finished goods, and customer samples. Prepare raw data sheets and maintain test records. Fill instrument log books and maintain GLP compliance. Laboratory Operations Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments as per schedule. Report equipment breakdowns to QA/QC Head. Audit & Compliance Participate in internal and external audits (Domestic/Regulatory). Ensure timely closure of audit observations and continuous QMS improvement. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemist, located in Kala Amb. The Chemist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting laboratory experiments, ensuring quality control, performing analytical tasks and engaging in research and development (R&D) activities. Additional responsibilities include data collection, analysis and preparing detailed reports on findings. Responsibility Take charge from the previous shift chemist and review prior shift analysis records. Test all incoming and in-process samples as per standard procedures. Record results in designated formats for supervisor verification. Prepare the daily rough production report. Document any deviations as per approved formats. Report any testing machine breakdowns immediately to the QA/QC Head. Execute additional tasks assigned by the department head. Qualification B.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field. M.Sc. in Chemistry/Chemical Technology is a plus. Freshers with relevant internships or laboratory experience are welcome. Basic knowledge of QC procedures, lab techniques, and safety protocols. Exposure to instruments like GC, HPLC, UV-Vis, or similar is preferred. Understanding of GMP, ISO, and documentation practices is desirable. Strong attention to detail, data recording, and analytical skills. Good communication and ability to work in shifts.
