It’s about: Driving efficiency Reducing breakdowns Building and leading a strong team Creating a TPM-driven culture where machines run at peak performance We’re looking for a Maintenance Leader who can transform our Cutting & Stitching Maintenance team into a world-class function: proactive, efficient, and innovative. ’ Build & lead a team of mechanics (Automatic & semi-auto sewing machines with different bed & feed types, skiving, embossing, etc.) Implement & drive TPM Build preventive & predictive maintenance programs Upskill the team on proactive techniques Control costs & optimize spare parts Partner with production to maximize machine uptime ’ Engineering Graduate with 8+ years’ experience in footwear/ apparel/ sewn industry maintenance Strong knowledge of sewing machines (various bed types, skiving, embossing, etc.) Proven TPM experience & cultural transformation A leader, mentor, and hands-on problem solver ?
