Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Technical Guidance

Lead the ECU HIL validation team technically.
Mentor and support team members on testing methodologies and tools.
Ensure timely delivery of all validation activities and test outcomes.
Identify risks in validation projects and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirement Analysis & Test Development

Analyze ECU and body electronics system requirements (e.g., wiper system, sunroof, door control, keyless go, locking system, lighting, seat control).
Develop test specifications, test scripts, and test frameworks using PTTA, CAPL, Python, C, or C++.
Design test cases covering various functional scenarios.

HIL Testing & Execution

Execute test cases on dSPACE SCALAXIO HIL platforms.
Perform UDS-based diagnostic testing and DoIP testing.
Debug, analyze failures, and report issues in defect management systems.
Ensure maximum automation of testing processes.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work with system developers to resolve observed system behavior issues.
Collaborate with other testers to improve HIL testing quality.
Contribute to process improvements and automation in validation projects.

Technical Knowledge & Compliance

Demonstrate knowledge of ECU communication protocols including CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.
Apply QM/ASPICE processes in validation activities.
Understand next-generation EE architecture, AUTOSAR concepts, and OOP principles.
Stay updated on body electronics functions and software architecture concepts.
