Employees are not ready to talk to Vijay about the camera or any product, the problem came within a day, warranty is just in name, service center is not good at all, employees are not good.

Don't buy hikvision product they not give good service ,they want 1 month of product repair even after doing drama of RMA which also take 2 day process,if you and your costumer not required his product in time frame then you can go with hikvision otherwise only go with cpplus or dahua

no after sales service,they never listen to you after warranty is over,first of all they dont attend end user customers while other companies do..even in warranty period they took months to repair..they have recruited 3rd class testing …
