DO NOT PURCHASE. Hikvision has ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE. I am facing a problem since 6 months and now have to approach Consumer Court for resolution.

Worst service I went to the services centre and the team was rude and said to my electrician that they will not talk to customer as they don’t deal with customer I bought the device from sector 22 but now service station is not helping to fix the device
