Job description: The Sr. Specialist, IT & Corporate Spend Category support the IT & Corporate spend category leadership team in executing against the defined strategy through effective management and engagement with Corporate functions stakeholders and major suppliers in the following areas: IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, and other Professional Services related to Corporate functions with a main focus on IT, HR and Finance. The Sr. Specialist, IT & Corporate Spend Category is responsible to: deliver on key strategic initiatives defined by Corporate Functions and Category Leadership. establish and maintain active supplier relationship management for key vendors plan and deliver savings year on year (cost reduction / cost avoidance) across all in scope categories improve cash flow in line with overall strategic planning identify and secure innovation in the industry that could apply to Hikma especially in the digital area reduce complexity through supplier rationalization and standardization of services develop capabilities, professionalism and efficiency of regional and country procurement managers Prepare and lead the negotiation (identify and evaluate potential suppliers, develop the RFx, and define the negotiation strategy) Report updates on projects and pipeline to Hikma executive sponsors when required Analyze, comment, and negotiate contracts, service orders, contract changes for global IT and Corporate services and ensure proper contract lifecycle management. Contribute to negotiation teams in a global virtual environment, including responsibility for contract negotiations, contract finalization and signature.
