Job Summary

Looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily execution of Earthwork, GSB, WMM, Subgrade and Bituminous Concrete activities. The role involves supervising manpower, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting progress reporting as per MORTH/IRC specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities for Earthwork, GSB, WMM, Subgrade & BC.

Ensure line, level and layer-wise compaction as per standards.

Coordinate with survey, QA/QC and subcontractor teams.

Maintain DPRs, checklists and site documentation.

Monitor safety, resource allocation and productivity.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).

2–5 years of experience in highway or embankment works.

Good understanding of MORTH/IRC specifications.

Ability to manage manpower and handle site execution independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
