Head - Operations Position Responsibility - We are looking for an experienced professional in the FLYASH Utilization - Power Plant industry, who will oversee and manage business operations at various Thermal power plants by setting up the entire operations team for flyash disposal including the P&L. - Note Candidate must have good experience in logistics operations of good movement by managing market vehicles. - Candidate with good experience in handling FLYASH disposal from the thermal power plants. - The person will be responsible for setting up the entire team at the site to dispose flyash to various avenues like cement, brick, mines, highways, roads and etc. - Speak with the local transporter, logistics or fleet partners to arrange the transportation and oversee the operations at multiple sites. : - Responsible for setting up the entire operations team. - Assisting and overseeing multiple sites engaged in disposing ash from Thermal power for both fly and legacy ash disposal as per the margins agreed by the management. - Monitor the work progress on a regular basis and formulate reports as required (daily, weekly monthly, yearly planning etc.) - Arranging local transporters from power plants to mines/low-lying areas and ensuring that the vehicles run as per expectations. - Maintain diesel stores and track the usage of diesel on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities • Safety Operations • Implement the finalised safety strategy at the project site while ensuring adherence to safety related SOPs through periodic safety checks and safety audits. • Guide the team in translating the safety plans into actions and operating calendars. • Review and monitor their implementation. • Ensure the timely renewal of safety related license(s) by liaising with government authorities and facilitating their audit process for the project. • Ensure renewal of safety related NOCs on a timely basis. • Conduct first level root cause analysis for safety accidents. • Ensure implementation of new techniques to curb air pollution. • Capture and share requirement of safety related equipment to the corporate office for the project site with the support of the Procurement team. • MIS and Reporting • Conduct a first level analysis of the safety audit data received from the project site and provide relevant insights to the senior management. • Establish a communication schedule to update all relevant stakeholders. • People Management • Facilitate development and growth of direct and indirect reportees while keeping track of overall project employee engagement and attrition. • Ensure all the employee grievances are handled in the appropriate manner. • Ensure the capability development for the division through performance management, training, and mentoring of teams to drive high performance and engagement and enable achievement of current and future safety needs of GRIL

RESIDENT CUM HIGHWAY ENGINEER The Resident cum Highway Engineer shall be responsible for supervising the works of highway to be constructed by the Concessionaire for this project. He shall also inspect the pavement rehabilitation and repair works to be undertaken by the Concessionaire. He should have the following qualification / experience. 1. SENIOR QUALITY/MATERIAL EXPERT The Quality/Material Expert shall review the test results of bore holes, quarry and borrow area material to find out their strength characteristics and suitability for using them in construction. He shall inspect the Concessionaires field laboratories to ensure that they are adequately equipped and capable of performing all the specified testing requirements of the contract. He shall look into the quality assurance aspect of the construction works and supervise the setting-up of the various Concessionaire’s rock crushers and bituminous mixing plants to ensure that the specified requirements for such equipment are fully met. Experience in latest Quality Management techniques in highway projects shall have added advantage. He should have the following qualification / experience. 1.
