Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Specialist located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The RPO Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Additional tasks include maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
