As a Sales Manager - Non-Ferrous Metals at HeadsupB2B, you will play a crucial role in leading the growth of the metals category. With a deep understanding of Zinc, Lead, Nickel, Copper, and Aluminium markets, you will be responsible for closing high-value industrial deals. Your expertise will contribute to driving revenue and profitability while reshaping how India builds. Your key responsibilities will include owning the P&L for the Non-Ferrous category, driving revenue and profitability through high-value B2B sales with OEMs, foundries, cable & alloy manufacturers. You will also be required to track LME/MCX prices and apply hedging strategies to maximize profitability. Collaborating with sourcing, finance, and logistics teams will be essential to ensure delivery excellence. To excel in this role, you must have at least 7-12 years of experience in non-ferrous metal sales specifically in Zinc, Nickel, Aluminium, and Copper. Strong industrial B2B selling skills and a proven track record of high-ticket closure will be crucial. Additionally, hands-on knowledge of commodity trading, MCX/LME, or import sourcing is required. Experience working with OEMs, foundries, or trading companies will be beneficial. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are a must-have to succeed in this position.
