Booked unit in 2017 and till date no possession. Builder like Godrej is not able to get OC and is not willing to compensate the buyers for loss. Have totally lost faith in the brand.

Biggest open area in the project with beautiful landscaping & golf course. Development in full swing. Villas are golf course facing & low rise flats are behind them. The only drawback is 3-4 BHK Flats have small room size.

Not a single home is delivered in Noida and G.N . A lot of people are still waiting for their homes and Godrej is not responding and now people have to protest for their homes like in Godrej golf link

Very expensive as per the location, charging so much money under construction property , maintenance is too high, making people fool, as investor purchased all inventory and for general public, they are charging in crores which is not value for money, its a congested property, its not VILLAS its just Delhi DDA flats.

Contrary to their reputation, the builder has failed on possession deadlines. The irony is they are just not aware when they can actually get the OC.
