One of the worst builder I have dealt with. Sold a dream delivered a nightmare. Delayed by 5 years and customer service is pathetic. Keep declining requests for contract amendments in the name of compliance issues. Classic case of “Unchi dukaan Feeka pakwaan” will not recommend anyone to believe in their paper dreams.
