Project promoter has taken 90-95% money from homebuyers for last 20 months but has not given possession. Management is least bothered and they are only interested in luring new buyers for new launches. Be aware. Check before you buy. Don't just buy considering godrej name.

Pathetic builder.. I put my money on the reputation and brand name of Godrej.. I didn't know they would be so indifferent, so callous and so un- professional. I m a buyer. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Having already paid 80 pct of the cost, my dream house is no where in sight. Not only have godrej failed to deliver, their customer support is pathetic. One only gets to hear lies and false promises. Beware. Don't fall victim for the brand name.
