Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems. You will communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders, and interface with customers and partners to understand requirements and provide technical support. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, along with expertise in analog circuit design, particularly in switching converters, high voltage, or high-power designs. Proficiency in EDA tools, floorplan and layout reviews, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities are also desired.
